The Clinic’s inter-disciplinary team provides trauma-informed and culturally safe, medical and psychosocial services to some of the most vulnerable members of our community.</p><p>Are you someone who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of others?</p><p>The <b>Registered Social Worker</b> will join our interdisciplinary team in providing holistic and culturally safe, medical and psychosocial services to some of the most vulnerable people in our community. The ideal candidate will share our commitment to Indigenous worldviews and will work closely with individuals and families within our community to provide culturally relevant social services and support. In this role, you will provide comprehensive assessment, care planning and treatment coordination for designated clients and their families. The Clinic’s inter-disciplinary team provides trauma-informed and culturally safe, medical and psychosocial services to some of the most vulnerable members of our community.</p><p>Are you someone who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of others?</p><p>A full-time term position for one (1) year opportunity exists for a Mental Health Clinician to join our interdisciplinary team to provide competent, safe and ethical care for people and their families in settings such as physician practices, homes, schools and communities.
